This policy explains what information Piedra Pines Lodge ("we," "us") collects through piedrapineslodge.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Your rental agreement or booking confirmation may include additional terms.
Information you give us
When you request availability, you choose what to send. That usually includes your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, group size and any message. The form delivers your request to our inbox through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, so it reaches us as a normal email. If you call or text, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and check availability
- To prepare your quote, confirm your booking and communicate about your stay
- To keep records required for taxes, permits and accounting
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Information collected automatically
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records aggregate information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. If you decline, analytics does not load. See our cookie policy for details.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the lodge and this website, such as our email provider, our form-delivery service (FormSubmit), our payment processor and cleaning or property-management contacts who need your arrival details. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking correspondence as long as needed for the stay and for our tax and legal records, then delete it.
Your choices

Children
This website is meant for adults planning a trip. The person booking must be at least 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We are a group of 17 and this is our 8th multi-family event. This home is roomy, very clean and has a well appointed kitchen.
Elk and mule deer in the back yard with beautiful views in all directions. Definitely will look this place up on my next trip.
Seven full bedrooms with their own bathrooms... One room is ADA accessible on the main floor. These are hard to find in vacation homes.
I kept thinking I was looking outside at a portrait or picture of some sorts because the view was that beautiful.
The property manager had set up a Christmas tree and brought a pack n play so we didn't have to bring one.
Every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was a huge plus when everyone was getting ready to ski in the morning.
Perfect for our family age range from 1–89 years. Made memorable memories.
Someone even plowed the snow in the driveway after a night of snow! We would definitely stay here again.
We had a large group of women on a yoga retreat and the house with so many bathrooms was perfect!
